RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive the item to return it. Returns are not allowed after 30 days of the delivery date.
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be brand new, unused, and in their original packaging. For returns not due to quality issues, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs, plus a 5% return handling fee. Defective items can be returned free of charge within 3 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused and in the original packaging (including accessories and gifts), and you will also need to provide proof of purchase. Returns that do not meet the above conditions or are missing items will not be accepted.
Non-returnable items
Returns are not accepted for the following:
* Products purchased from unauthorized dealers.
* Products with signs of use, scratches, or even damage caused by improper operation or human factors.
* Products with a mileage of more than 10 kilometers.
* Items that have been modified without permission.
* Free items, gifts or promotional items, second-hand items.
* Accessories are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are seriously defective or damaged in shipping and the wrong model. Please carefully check your package upon arrival. If you find shipping damage, defects or wrong items, please take photos or videos immediately as evidence and contact us by email: hwwhescooter@gmail.com, we will provide you with a free replacement.
Return Shipping and Handling Fees
* Free returns for defective, quality-related, wrongly delivered items, etc.
* Return shipping costs for non-quality reasons are borne by the buyer and a 5.0% handling fee is charged.
Refund Issuance
If your return is approved, we will assist you in processing the return within 48 hours. After the package arrives, we will unpack and inspect the product within 5 working days to see if it meets our return policy requirements, and then issue a refund based on the inspection report.
Please note:If the returned item does not meet the description and requirements of the return policy (e.g., shows signs of use, scratches, or even damage), we will deduct 20% to 100% of the order amount. HWWH reserves the right of final interpretation.
Please note: Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Your bank or credit card issuer may require longer processing times.
For returns, please email hwwhescooter@gmail.com. If your return request is approved, we will assist you with the return process, including the return method and return address. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. Do not attempt to return items without prior approval; such returns will not be accepted, and you may not receive a refund.
