All products we sell are covered by a manufacturers warranty, the length of the warranty varies by manufacturer - please refer to the list below for the warranty lengths.
If you think a product you have purchased from HWWH is not working or has broken due to a manufacturing defect or fault, we want to help you process a warranty claim quickly and easily.
Making a Warranty Claim

Warranty Terms & Conditions
At HWWH, we stand by the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of freestyle scooter riding, most manufacturers provide limited warranties that cover only direct manufacturing defects.
What’s Covered?

All kick and pro scooters we sell include a one-year manufacturer’s warranty.

This warranty covers defects in the manufacturing process that result in product failure.
What’s Not Covered?

Damage resulting from normal use, wear and tear, or impact while riding.

Clear misuse, improper riding technique, or excessive wear.

Water damage or ingress.

Any modifications made to the product, which will void the warranty for both the modified part and any associated components.
Warranty Approval
A warranty claim will only be approved if the breakage or malfunction is due to a manufacturing defect. Any damage, cracking, snapping, or breakage caused by riding will not be covered.
