RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you received your item to return it.

Returns are not allowed after 30 days from the delivery date.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, the item must be unworn, unused and in the original packaging. Non-quality return shipping is at the buyer's expense plus a 5.0% restocking fee, defective items can be returned within 3 days of receipt. For EU customers, there is a 14-day cooling-off period.

* To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging (including accessories and gifts), and you will also need to provide proof of purchase. Returns that do not meet the above conditions or are missing items will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

Returns are not accepted in the following circumstances:

Products purchased from unauthorized dealers.
Products with signs of use, scratches, or even improper operation or damage caused by human factors.
Products with a mileage of more than 10 kilometers.
Accessories (except for mismatched models)
Free goods, gifts or promotional items, used goods.

 

Exchange

We will only replace items that are seriously defective or damaged in shipping and wrong items. Please carefully inspect your package upon arrival. If you find shipping damage, defects or wrong items, please immediately take photos or videos for evidence and contact us via email: hwwhescooter@gmail.com, and we will provide you with a free replacement.

Return shipping and handling fees

1. Free returns for defective, quality-related, wrongly delivered goods, etc.


2. Return shipping costs for non-quality reasons are borne by the buyer and a 5.0% restocking fee is charged.

Issuance of Refunds

If your return is approved, we will assist you in processing the return within 48 hours. After the package arrives, we will unpack and inspect the product within 5 working days to see if it meets the requirements of our return policy, and then issue a refund based on the inspection report.

Please note: If the returned product does not meet the return policy description and requirements (such as signs of use, scratches or even damage), a minimum of 20% of the order amount may be deducted, and a maximum refund may be refused. HWWH reserves the right of final interpretation.

Refunds will be paid to the original payment method used for purchase. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

To return items, please email hwwhescooter@gmail.com and once your return request is approved, we will send you a return label or the correct return address. Please do not return items on your own without approval as they will not be accepted and you may not be able to get a refund.
