We offer free shipping throughout Europe as well as the United States.

Our goal is to provide you with the best goods and services, and our 24-hour pre-sales and after-sales service ensures that we always provide a dedicated service and fast responsiveness.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: order verification, customization, quality inspection and packaging. All orders are shipped within 24 hours of order placement, Monday to Friday.

Transit time: This refers to the time it takes for the goods to be transported from our warehouse to the destination. Orders placed before 11am will be shipped on the same business day, while orders placed after 11am will be shipped on the next business day.

International Shipping

International shipping takes 5-9 business days, depending on the country your order is being shipped to.

Please note that additional customs duties may be levied depending on the jurisdiction of your country. Please check with your local government department for information on the relevant tax and duty amounts.

For international shipments, customs clearance may take more time. Please note that we have no control over packages being held by local government customs departments for document checks, as this is a government entity independent of the courier company.

If there is no movement from customs within 30 days, please contact us. This will be considered an involuntary cancellation and will not affect the refund amount.

If there is any movement on the courier tracking website or the package clears customs within the 30-day period, the cancellation request will be considered a voluntary cancellation. If the buyer wishes to cancel at this stage, additional courier fees will be charged and deducted from the total refund.
