We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive the item to return it. Returns are not allowed after 30 days of the delivery date.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, the item must be unworn, unused and in the original packaging. Non-quality return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, plus a 5.0% restocking fee, and defective items can be returned within 3 days of receipt. For EU customers, there is a 14-day cooling-off period.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused and in the original packaging (including accessories and gifts), and you will also need to provide proof of purchase. Returns that do not meet the above conditions or are missing items will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items
Returns are not accepted for the following:

* Products purchased from unauthorized dealers.
* Products with signs of use, scratches, or even damage caused by improper operation or human factors.
* Products with a mileage of more than 10 kilometers.
* Items that have been modified without permission.
* Free items, gifts or promotional items, second-hand items.

Exchanges
We only replace items that are seriously defective or damaged in shipping and the wrong model. Please carefully check your package upon arrival. If you find shipping damage, defects or wrong items, please take photos or videos immediately as evidence and contact us by email: hwwhescooter@gmail.com, we will provide you with a free replacement.

Return Shipping and Handling Fees
*  Free returns for defective, quality-related, wrongly delivered items, etc.
*  Return shipping costs for non-quality reasons are borne by the buyer and a 5.0% handling fee is charged.

Refund Issuance
If your return is approved, we will assist you in processing the return within 48 hours. After the package arrives, we will unpack and inspect the product within 5 working days to see if it meets our return policy requirements, and then issue a refund based on the inspection report.

Please note: If the returned product does not meet the return policy description and requirements (such as signs of use, scratches or even damage), a minimum of 20% of the order amount may be deducted and the maximum refund may be rejected. HWWH reserves the right of final interpretation.

Refunds will be paid to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take more time to process the refund.

To return, please send an email to hwwhescooter@gmail.com, once your return request is approved, we will send you a return label or correct return address. Please do not return the product on your own without approval, as these returns will not be accepted and you may not be refunded.
